Sleep is good for health, however there is a right time for sleep. There may be occurrence of negative impacts on with sleep on wrong time. These are 3 wrong time for sleep which gives demerits for health;

Sunrise Time
People sleeps after the sunrise too. These kind people could not be happy, despite of much wealth. People should go through lots of stress and could not be healthy. We should wake up before sunrise. This time of morning is very good for health. This has special importance. The fresh air of this time prevents from lots of sickness for people. So, there is a tradition to have exercises and walk in the morning from ages.

Day Time
To sleep in day time is regarded as bad omen. This time sleep gives lots of negative impacts on health. People who sleeps at day time, becomes an easy victim of obesity. Sleep at day time will degrade the digestive system, which gives a problem in stomach. The stomach related problem like gas,indigestion, constipation increases. So, never to sleep at day time.

People sleeping during an early evening could not stay fine although have a huge success
