A man walking on the road of Thamel, a tourist area of Kathmandu Valley, saw a women who was cried. According to that man, he saw two members of Armed Police Force bi*ting that women. Both the members of A.P.F ran after found that, they were being watched by that man, thinking that he is a reporter. These situation and event is not till prove, but Hassan Raj Khan update a status with photo of that victim women giving blame to A.P.F Police. The picture of women is now most popular in social sharing sites.
