16 tips to get proper sleep

For the good mental and physical health proper and deep sleep is required. If we don’t sleep sufficient than we might suffer from diabetes, depression and the weight also increases. These tips are useful for the proper sleep.<br /><br />Change the drink of day<br />If you have the habit of drinking tea coffee than after 2 you stop drinking such things. If you have habit of drinking tea coffee before you sleep than change this habit as well. Because it is harmful for those who don’t feel to sleep.<br /><br />Quit heavy dinner<br />If you have habit of eating much in Night than quit this habit. Vegetable, pulse, salad, milk will help you to gain proper sleep.<br /><br />Don’t drink alcohol before sleeping<br />If you drink alcohol before you sleep than you might not get proper sleep. But this is not truth. This is help you to sleep soon but your sleep will be disturbed soon, you will wake up time and again. ‘<br /><br />Don’t take much alcohol<br />If you don’t feel like sleeping and you drink lot of alcohol than quit this habit. Don’t drink alcohol ore than 2 pec. The WWE is mired in an unfortunate injury crisis, and on Tuesday the company's biggest star confirmed what every WWE fan feared: John Cena is out of WrestleMania 3Cena, who last wrestled in January and had surgery to repair a shoulder injury, teased on his Twitter account Monday that he had some monumental news to share. News leaked Monday evening that WrestleMania 33 is set to be held in Miami's Citrus Bowl, and Cena was a part of the press conference in Orlando Tuesday. He admitted on stage that he'll be watching the matches at AT&T Stadium April 3rd at the biggest event in WWE history. नेपाली काँग्रेसको सभापतिमा वरिष्ठ नेता शेरबहादुर देउवा निर्वाचित हुनुभएको छ । काँग्रेसको १३औँ महाधिवेशनमा नयाँ नेतृत्वका लागि आज साँझ सम्पन्न दोस्रो निर्वाचनमा उहाँले एक हजार ८२२ मत प्राप्त गरी नेपालको पुरानो पार्टीको सर्वोच्च पदमा पुग्न सफल हुनुभएको हो ।<br />सभापति पदका अर्का प्रत्यासी पार्टीका कावा सभापति रामचन्द्र पौडेलले एक हजार २९६ मत प्राप्त गर्नुभयो । कुल मतदाता तीन हजार १४० मध्ये खसेको थियो । खसेको मत मध्ये २२ मत बदर भएको निर्वाचन समितिले जानकारी दिएको छ ।<br />काँग्रेसको १०औँ महाधिवेशनमा सभापतिमा गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइराला र १२औँ महाधिवेशनमा सुशील कोइरालासित उहाँ पराजित हुनुभएको थियो । सभापति पदमा कुनै पनि उम्मेदवारले पार्टीको विधानतः बहुमत पु¥याउन नसक्दा काँग्रेस इतिहासमा पहिलो पटक सभापतिका लागि दोस्रो चरणको निर्वाचन भएको थियो ।<br />आइतबार राष्ट्रिय सभागृहमा नयाँ नेतृत्वका लागि भएको मतदानमा सभापतिमा तीनै उम्मेदवार कावा सभापति पौडेल, वरिष्ठ नेता देउवा र महामन्त्री कृष्णप्रसाद सिटौलाले ५० प्रतिशतभन्दा बढी मत प्राप्त गर्न नसकेपछि आजै दोसो चरणको निर्वाचन भएको थियो ।<br />सोमबार बिहान करिब ५ः३० बजे सम्पन्न मतगणनानुसार सभापतिका लागि प्रथम चरणका प्रत्यासी देउवाले एक हजार ५६४ र पौडेलले एक हजार १५२ मत प्राप्त गर्नुभएको थियो ।<br />प्राप्त मत परिणामानुसार प्रथम चरणमा नेता देउवाको अग्रता रहे पनि ११ मत नपुगेकाले उहाँ पार्टी सभापति बन्नबाट चुक्नुभएकोे थियो । सभापतिका अर्का प्रत्यासी सिटौलाले ३२४ मत प्राप्त गर्नुभएको थियो । निर्वाचनमा महामन्त्री सिटौलाले सबैभन्दा कम मत प्राप्त गरेकाले उहाँ दोस्रो चरणको निर्वाचन प्रक्रियाबाट बाहिरिनुभएको थियो ।<br />काँग्रेसको जिल्ला अधिवेशनमा गाउँका मतदाता कम आउने वा आफ्नो विपक्षका मतदाता आउन नदिने अनि थोरै मतान्तरले पनि जिल्ला सभापतिमा विजयी हासिल गर्ने विकृति बढ्दै गएपछि पार्टीमा यो व्यवस्था लागू गरिएको थियो ।<br />पोखरामा सम्पन्न १०औँ महाधिवेशनबाट यो व्यवस्था केन्द्रीय सभापतिका हकमा लागू गरियो । सोअनुसार प्रथम चरणमा केन्द्रीय सभापतिमा निर्वाचित हुन खसेको मतको ५० प्रतिशतभन्दा बढी मत अनिवार्य ल्याउनुपर्ने व्यवस्था कायम गरिएको थियो ।<br />काँग्रेसका यसअघिका महाधिवेशनमा सभापतिमा दुईभन्दा बढी उम्मेदवारले प्रतिस्पर्धा गरे पनि यस्तो अवस्था भने कहिल्यै आएको थिएन ।<br />विसं २०५७ मा पोखरामा सम्पन्न काँग्रेसको १०औँ महाधिवेशनमा नेताहरु गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइराला, देउवा र रामहरि जोशी सभापतिका उम्मेदवार हुनुहुन्थ्यो । त्यसमा कोइराला सभापतिमा ठूलो मत अन्तरले विजयी हुनुभएको थियो ।<br />त्यस्तै २०६१ सालमा काठमाडौँमा सम्पन्न ११औँ महाधिवेशनमा कोइराला र नरहरि आचार्य उम्मेदवार रहनुभएको थियो भने यसमा पनि कोइराला ठूलो मतअन्तरले विजयी हुनुभएको थियो । त्यसबेला काँग्रेस विभाजित हुनाका साथै नेता देउवा नेपाली काँग्रेस ९प्रजातान्त्रिक० का सभापति हुनुहुन्थ्यो ।<br />काठमाडौँमै २०६७ सालमा सम्पन्न पार्टीको १२औँ महाधिवेशनमा सभापतिमा नेताहरु सुशील कोइराला, देउवा र भीमबहादुर तामाङले प्रतिस्पर्धा गरेकामा कोइराला पहिलो चरणमा नै विजयी हुनुभएको थियो । रासस

Human trafficking to Iraq

Iraq is both a source and destination country for men, women, and children subjected to trafficking in persons, specifically forced prostitution and forced labor. Iraqi women and girls, some as young as 11 years old, are subjected to conditions of human trafficking within the country and in Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Iran, and possibly Yemen for forced prostitution and sexual exploitation within households. In some cases, women are lured into forced sexual exploitation through false promises of work. The more prevalent means of human trafficking is through sale or forced marriage. Family members have coerced girls and women into prostitution to escape desperate economic circumstances, to pay debts, or to resolve disputes between families. Some women and girls are trafficked within Iraq for the purpose of sexual exploitation through the traditional institution of temporary marriages (muta’a). Under this arrangement, the family receives a dowry from the husband and the marriage is terminated after a specified period. Iraqi males have also taken advantage of muta’a to traffic multiple women into other Iraqi provinces or neighboring countries, especially Syria, for the purposes of forced prostitution. Anecdotal reports tell of desperate Iraqi families abandoning their children at the Syrian border with the expectation that traffickers on the Syrian side will pick them up and arrange forged documents so the young women and girls can stay in Syria in exchange for working in a nightclub or brothel. The large population of internally displaced persons and refugees moving within Iraq and across its borders are particularly at risk of being trafficked.<iframe allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="400" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/z_kUPFrZ_dQ" width="600"></iframe>

Team Nepal captain Paras Khadka hospitalised

Skipper of Nepal’s national cricket team Paras Khadka has been hospitalised after he suffered from intestinal problems on Friday afternoon, according to a family source. He is receiving treatment at the Thapathali-based Norvic International Hospital. It has been learned that a team of doctors led by senior consultant gastroenterologist Madhu Ghimire is looking after Khadka. Khadka was rushed to the emergency of the hospital after he complained of severe abdominal pain on Friday. Paras Khadka arrived at the emergency of Norvic Hospital at 2:30 pm and shifted to general bed after preliminary investigation in the evening, according to RP Mainali, senior corporate communications manager at the hospital.Mainali said Khadka’s vitals are stable and pain has subdued today, while the entire investigation report is yet to come. Preliminary investigation suggested that he suffered from intestinal infection. But reports are expected in two days. Skipper of Nepal’s national cricket team Paras Khadka has been hospitalised after he suffered from intestinal problems on Friday afternoon, according to a family source. He is receiving treatment at the Thapathali-based Norvic International Hospital. It has been learned that a team of doctors led by senior consultant gastroenterologist Madhu Ghimire is looking after Khadka. Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Sunday instructed the concerned stakeholders to formulate a new education policy to educate the Nepali people. Inaugurating a workshop on the ‘National Education Commission for New Education Policy in Federal Nepal’ held by the Ministry of Education in Lalitpur district, PM Oli said, “It is a matter of shame that even in this 21st century people in Nepal are still illiterate, we need to upgrade our education system to say that there are no illiterate people in Nepal.” PM Oli added that education would upgrade people in attitude, etiquette, behaviour and culture necessary for the society and the nation. He further stressed imparting of education according to the students’ talents and aspirations<br />

He called for an end to the trend to emulate foreign educational system and urged to follow better system in a traditional way, adding it was unusual and a matter of surprise that many students have started to fail. PM Oli urged all to prepare in order to produce capable human resources in all sectors. He drew attention towards the need to stop making education a means of business rather than a service sector. पैसा र सफलता कडा  मिहिनेत र परिश्रमिले मात्रै कमाउन सकिन्छ भन्ने उदाहरण हुन् नवलपरासी गैंडाकोटका देव घिमिरे।<br />करिब नौ बर्ष अगाडि २००७ मा वृद्धवृद्धाको हेरविचार गर्ने (केयर गिभर) भिषामा इजरायल आइपुगेका उनको ठूलो महत्वकांक्षा थिएन। मासिक तलब पैतालिस पचास हजारमा सन्तुस्ट थिए उनी। चारपाँच वर्ष विदेशमा दु:ख गरिसकेपछि नेपाल फर्किएर एउटा घर बनाउने र व्यापारव्यवसायगरेर बस्ने सोच थियो उनको। तर, आज उनी इजरायलमै करौडौंको मालिक बनेका छन्।<br />सुरुका दिनमा भनेजस्तो काम नपाएर दिक्क भएका उनलाई कर्मले डोहोर्‍याउँदै 'ज्ञाने याभ्ने' भन्ने इजरायलको एउटा गाउँमा पुरर्‍यायो।त्यहाँ उनी करिब असि बर्षको बृद्दको हेरविचार गर्थे।<br />केहिसमयमा नै उनले घरको पछाडि पैसा फल्ने ठाउँ यत्तिकै खेर गइराखेको देखे। त्यो पैसा फल्ने ठाउँ थियो- घर मालिकको बाँझो जमिन।<br />उनले त्यो खालि जमिनमा नेपाली रायोको साग रोपे। शुक्रबार-शनिबार नेपालीहरु छुट्टि मनाउन जम्मा हुने मुख्य ठाउँ तेलअविबमा शहरमा बेच्ने सोच बनाए।<br />उनले जमिनको मालिकसँग आफ्नो सोच सुनाए। सिंचाइका पानी लगायत अन्य रकम आफै व्यहोर्ने बताए। मनकारी मालिकले तुरुन्तै मन्जुरी दिए।<br />पहिलो फटकमा दश मुठ्ठा साग ‍बेचे। अहिले करिब एक कट्ठमा साग खेती गर्छन्। उनका  मुख्य ग्राहक नेपाली तथा भारतीय र श्रीलंकन हुन् ।<br />खाली हात बस्न नरुचाउने स्वभावका देवसँग नियमित काम र साग खेतीको अलावा अरु बाँकि केहि समय थियो। त्यो समयमा स्थानीय अरबिको खसी-बोका फार्ममा गएर खसी काटेर नेपालीहरुलाई खसीको मासु बेच्न थाले।<br />सुरुमा एउटा खसीको मासु बेच्न धौधौ पर्थ्यो उनलाई। अहिले प्रतिमहिना पाँच-सात सिंगो खसीको मासु सजिलै बेच्छन्। त्यस्तै चाडपर्वको बेलामा खसीको मासुको माग उनले धान्नै सक्दैनन्।<br />हँसिला-फुर्तिला  देखिने दुई जवान छोराका बाबु देव विदेशी भूमिमा  नेपालकै जस्तो रायो साग अनि खसीको मासु नेपालीलाई खुवाउन सकेकोमा धेरै खुसी छन्।<br />मेहनेती र मिजासिला स्वभावका देव बिहान सामान्यत चाँर बजेतिरै उठ्छन् र दिनभरी काम गर्छन्। उनको आरामको समय भनेको राति मात्रै हो। अझै केहिवर्ष यतै बसेर सकेको मेहनेत गर्ने, पैसा कमाउने र आफ्नै देश नेपाल गएर रमाइलो घुमाघाम गर्ने बताउँछन्।<br />नियमित  तलब बाहेक महिनाको चार-पाँच लाख रुपैंया आम्दानी हुन्छ उनको। उनकी जीवनसंगिनी सुमित्रा घिमिरे पनि देवसँगै काममा खट्छिन्।<br /> विश्वको जुनसुकै कुनामा भएपनि  मेहेनती मानिसहरुको पछाडि मात्रै  पैसा दौडने विश्वास भएका देव विदेशी भूमिमा नाम र दाम कमाउन सफल छन्।  <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

Overcrowded bus plunges hundreds of feet down steep hill, killing 30

A bus teeming with nearly 70 passengers was heading to Kathmandu when it fell off the road and plunged many metres down a hill on Tuesday—killing most of its passengers on the spot. The deadly bus crash occurred near a village in Rasuwa district about 32 kilometres north of Kathmandu. While traveling through the mountainous region with people riding on its roof, the packed vehicle tilted over onto the gravel. The bus then slid down the hill next to the road for about 200 metres. At least 30 passengers were killed while 35 others were injured in the crash. A severe fuel shortage in Nepal has led to fewer vehicles in service, and more vehicles are carrying far more passengers than they should. Nepal often sees tragic incidents like this one because of its many winding roads. In 2013, 30 people also died after a bus plummeted hundreds of feet after hitting a pole on the side of the road.<br />

A woman has been arrested for masterminding the murder of her father after a row between them over putting money into a beauty parlour turned ugly.Police on Tuesday arrested Sangita Maharjan, 20, of Tokha, Kathmandu, along with her six accomplices, for killing Maila Maharjan, 43, on February 4. Police identified other arrestees as Santosh Pandey of Dhading, Bikram Tamang of Dhading, Surya Rana Magar of Makawanpur, Dhan Kumar Tamang of Bhojpur, Hari Tamang of Kavre and Santosh Thapa Magar of Dhading. Santosh Pandey is Sangita’s husband. According to police, Sangita had decided to marry Pandey despite opposition from her family. As a trained beautician, Sangita had been pestering her father to put money into a beauty parlour before her marriage. After getting married with Pandey, Sangita again started badgering her father into giving her Rs 300,000 to 400,000 so that she could start the venture. But her father refused. According to police, at one point, the father had agreed to sell his land to give her the required money. But when the father showed no signs of selling the land, Sangita, along with her husband, hatched a plot to kill the entire family and acquire the property. Sangita then asked Bikram Tamang and his friends to kill her father. “Earlier, the group had made an unsuccessful attempt to kill the man on January 31,” said Senior Superintend of Police Sarbendra Khanal, chief of Metropolitan Police Crime Division, Teku.On the day of the murder, Sangita had asked her father to accompany her to a nearby bridge.When at the bridge, she threw sand in Maila’s eyes and Bikram, Surya Rana Magar, Dhan Kumar Tamang, Hari Tamang and Santosh Thapa Magar killed him. <br />

The history of Nepalese cinema

Nepal a couple of times in my childhood. When you think of the Himalayan nation, cinema is not the first thing that comes to mind, despite the existence of the charming and elegant daughter of Nepal, Manisha Koirala. Meeting representatives of Kathmandu-based sales agents, Mountain River Films, at various film markets across Asia sparked my interest in cinema from that region. They are passionate people who talked a good game, and moreover, followed up our conversations by sending me links to some key contemporary Nepalese films.<br />Before I delved in, as always, a quick bit of research to acquaint myself with the history of Nepalese cinema. The first Nepali-language film, as all accounts indicate, appears to be D.B. Pariyar’s Satya Harishchandra (1951), but that was an Indian production. The first indigenous Nepali film, Hira Singh Khatri’s Aama (1964), was produced under the aegis of the Nepal government, and since then, film production in the country flourished until the 1990s. Fans of Mala Sinha may note that she acted in B.S. Thapa’s Maitighar (1966), a film that also featured cameos by Sunil Dutt and Rajendra Nath, and had music by Jaidev, with Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Bhosle, Usha Mangeshkar and Manna Dey lending their voices.<br />The emergence of the Maoist movement in the 1990s saw the decline of local productions, and once matters were somewhat resolved in the 2000s, cinema arose again. Like we have seen in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, looking back on a period of conflict always gives rise to great cinema, and Nepal is no different. Samten Bhutia’s Taandro (2015), for example, one of the films that Mountain River Films is championing, follows Koshish, who belongs to an underground Maoist group that is endeavouring to overthrow the government and establish a republic.<br />Another great example of contemporary Nepalese cinema is Nischal Basnet’s Talakjung vs Tulke (2014), Nepal’s entry for the Oscars last year. India is not the only country that has feudalism, and this is on display in the film. The film follows a village labourer, who dreams of regaining his former aristocratic identity. A revolution sets off a chain of events that forces him to the city, and he returns armed with the tools that will allow him to seek revenge on those who had wronged him and his family.<br /><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ustXDngQb8"><span style="color: red;">watch video here<><><></span></a><span style="color: red;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
